## Steps
1. Enter the ticket number to look up: type Ticket number input field with placeholder e.g. 5379 → "{{ticket_number}}"
2. Enter the customer email the ticket was filed under: type Customer email input field with placeholder name@example.com → "{{customer_email}}"
3. Submit the lookup to display the ticket details: click blue 'Look up ticket' button below the email field

## Success check
A result card titled 'Ticket #{{ticket_number}} - {{customer_email}}' is visible showing Status, Assigned to, Priority, Last update and Next step.
