## Steps
1. Enter the name to be screened: type Name text input field in the Lookup section on the left side of the form, labeled "Name:" → "{{name}}"
2. Execute the sanctions list search: click Search button to the right of the Program filter, next to the Reset button, below the Country/List dropdowns

## Success check
The "Lookup Results:" table is visible below the search form showing a matching entry for {{name}} with columns including Name, Type, Program(s), List, and Score - the Program(s) column displays the applicable sanctions program for that entry.
